Pacific Beacon, a public-private condo partnership between the Department of the Navy and Clark Realty Capital needed to automate quality assurance and production tracking on its jobsite. The project team faced unique challenges as the four, 18-story towers had to meet not only the rigorous attention to quality that Clark gives all its projects, but also the military and government specifications for defense features like blast resistance. Solution: Clark implemented LATISTA Field mobile and web-based automation software to save time and improve collaboration with the Navy.
