Each project implementing LATISTA Field will be assigned a certified project manager to be their lead point of contact. Along with proper training, implementation can be accomplished in as little as two weeks for small to medium sized projects. Week one is dedicated to gathering requirements and scope planning. In week two, LATISTA users are trained and all necessary data is entered into the application. Projects should be ready to use the application with a guided walk by the beginning of week three. LATISTA Field User TrainingLATISTA has spent considerable time making its basic implementations of punch list and inspections as easy as possible. After setup is done properly, inspectors should only need one day of training in order to be able to enter the field and start recording items and inspections in the system. Field User training is required for each project to familiarize new users with tablet PCs and to teach, practice, and encourage using the features of LATISTA Field. This training should be scheduled close to the time that real inspections are scheduled to start in the field as retention of informationreceived will be an issue if there is a time lag. LATISTA offers training beyond Field User training as well, allowing users to specialize in certain areas and add even more value to the software package:
